Elsie got a grow your own butterfly kit for her birthday when she turned 4.... we obviously sat on it for a while, but when we did finally send away for our caterpillars we all were very excited.
I was surprised at how fast they went from caterpillars to butterflies. Nick was gone in Oklahoma City when we let the butterflies go, so we took lots of pictures for him :)
