After our old trees were cut down Nick dug out the stumps, then planted these Chinese Pistache trees! They are pretty small, but we planted another one about a year ago and it is already twice the size.
We are currently working on getting ceiling fans into every room (only one more to hang!). Then for the next project... I keep going between the front yard and the closets.

I love Chinese Pistache trees, they will look beautiful and they grow fast. thanks for the update, it is always fun to see what you guys are up to around the house
The trees will look great there!...I also like your backyard garden, you'll have a nice crop of tomaotes this summer.
I'd go for the closets next. When you are organized inside it makes working in the yard much more relaxing.
