monster stump

When our house sold 3 years ago it had a beautiful shade tree right in front of the house. Sadly it's roots were getting out of control so the previous owners cut it down. But they forget to get rid of the stump. Our curbside clean-up was coming soon so Nick started digging it out. It took about a week of digging and soaking but he got it out!

I don't know how he did it, that thing was HUGE

Once it was out of the ground he had to get it to the street, which was another chore.

After all that work the city didn't even take it! Apparantly they don't take tree stumps. Oh well, at least it's out of the ground!

Oh my Nick, what a champ! I can't believe after all that work, that the City didn't even take it. Nice job anyway.
