There are about a million things we want to do to this house. I really love the layout and with the exception of our room we don't plan to make any major changes....but it's the little things.
Oh, how they add up.
Like this light for example. Why it was ever placed so close to the door that the light fixture would be smashed each time it opened, I can't figure out. Last weekend this was Nick's project.
and of course there was cause to make multiple holes in our walls
but Elsie provided the entertainment...........and really, what more could you ask for?
....and there you have it. A light can now be hung safely away from our door!

Well Nick sure fits in with all the electricians in the Freeman family. Isn't it nice when your cute hubby is also handy around the house?

I totally understand asking yourself "why did they put that there or do it that way?" Our house is full of cheap, easy, mindless fixes that we're slowly fixing also. Good work Nick and what cute entertainment!
