After waiting to get into the nursing program for 2 years my dad's name finally was drawn!!
We skipped soccer practice for the day so we could go out for Chinese to celebrate with everyone!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement, I'm very excited and a little bit nervous, however, I did just compleat a CNA (certified nurses assistant) program and it gave me a lot of confidence. We did 4 weeks of clenical at a long term nursing home where I learned all about patient care; the grunt work of nursing. It sounds a little crazy but I actually liked it. The work was messy but I found it very rewarding, after 3 days my fears were replaced with the thought...not ony can I do this ...I'm pretty good at it. Not to brag it's just that I was able to connect with most of the patients...and that felt good.

Put in for a traveling nurse in San Antonio. We can rent to whole upstairs to you, which includes a world class recording studio :)
